Àngela Vinent Besalduch

Interview with Àngela Vinent Besalduch (Barcelona, 1955), journalist.

She was editor in Catalunya Express and Mundo Diario (1976-1980), and later in El Noticiero Universal (1980-1982).

She held the position of deputy director of the newspaper Avui between 1982-1991.

She joined the City Council of Barcelona to collaborate with Pasqual Maragall as head of press at the mayor's cabinet (1991-1996).

She was head of news at Barcelona Televisió (1997-1999).

She worked as a communication consultant for Pasqual Maragall (1999-2003).

She was appointed as Counselor of the Government Council of the CCMA and the CCRTVi (2006-2011).

This collection will be progressively expanded by incorporating new witnesses on a regular basis. The aim is to achieve a varied and complete vision of Catalan society at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century with the figure of Pasqual Maragall as a point of reference.
