The Catalunya Europa Foundation and the bookstore Nollegiu el Clot have presented "Maragall and the government of the Generalitat: the policies of change", a book that traces the policies of Pasqual Maragall during his time as president of the Catalan government.
Almost 20 years after the Pacte del Tinell, which gave way to the first left-wing government after a long period of governments by Jordi Pujol, the FCE and RBA have published the book "Maragall and the government of the Generalitat: the policies of change", edited by Josep Maria Muñoz and written by Gemma Ubasart, Carles Rivera, Júlia Miralles de Imperial and Joan Vicente. The book consists of 4 parts dedicated, respectively, to politics, the economy, social rights and territorial policies.
The presentation event took place on June 15 at the NoLlegiu del Clot bookstore, and Joan Vicente and Carles Rivera participated as co-authors of the book; Carme Trilla Director General of Housing in the Government of the Generalitat since 2004 and subsequently Secretary of Housing, of the Department of Environment and Housing of the Generalitat of Catalonia until 2011; and Andreu Morillas Economic Secretary of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Generalitat de Catalunya 2004-2011.
