We present the book "Maragall and the Government of the Generalitat" at the Seu d'Urgell

The Catalunya Europa Foundation and the Sant Agustí Library have presented "Maragall and the government of the Generalitat: the policies of change", a book that traces the policies of Pasqual Maragall during his time as president of the Catalan government.

Almost 20 years after the Pacte del Tinell, which gave way to the first left-wing government after a long period of governments by Jordi Pujol, the FCE and RBA have published the book "Maragall and the government of the Generalitat: the policies of change", edited by Josep Maria Muñoz and written by Gemma Ubasart, Carles Rivera, Júlia Miralles de Imperial and Joan Vicente. The book consists of 4 parts dedicated, respectively, to politics, the economy, social rights and territorial policies.

The presentation event took place on June 17 at the Sant Agustí Library in La Seu d'Urgell, and Joan Ganyet, former mayor of La Seu d'Urgell, participated; and Oriol Nel·lo, secretary for Territorial Planning of the Government of the Generalitat between 2003 and 2011 and patron of the Catalonia Europe Foundation.
